At Rativus, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and process your data when you use our platform to automate customer reputation and review feedback. Our practices are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)and the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 (including Section 43A and SPDI Rules).

1. What Data We Collect

We only collect information necessary to deliver the automated review generation service:

  • User Account Info: Email address provided during registration or magic link login.
  • Business Info: Business name, logo URL, country preference, and Google Review destination link.
  • Review Content: Gated star ratings, private complaints (submitted via our feedback form), and the text of generated AI review replies.

2. How Data is Secured & Stored

All client data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We store all database tables inside our secure Supabase database, hosted on premium, isolated server regions in both India (for local accounts) and the US (for global accounts) to ensure compliance with local data localization guidelines. We do not share or sell your data to any third-party advertisers.

3. Right to Erasure & Deletion

Under GDPR and the Indian IT Act, you hold complete ownership of your data. You can delete your account and remove all associated businesses, private gated complaints, and reviews instantly at any time from your Settings Panel. Alternatively, you can email us to request a complete account deletion and data purge from our backup storage within 14 business days.
