1. Service Description

Rativus is an AI-assisted review writing tool designed to help businesses automate and improve their online reputation. Our platform allows customers to submit feedback via custom QR codes, which are then used to generate tailored reviews and business owner replies. The service is powered by AI and is intended for legitimate business feedback only.

2. User Responsibilities

As a business owner using Rativus, you agree to:

• Only invite real customers: All reviews and feedback must come from genuine customers of your business.
• No fake reviews: You shall not generate, encourage, or submit fraudulent, misleading, or false reviews.
• Comply with local laws: Ensure all use of the platform complies with consumer protection laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• No review manipulation: Do not attempt to artificially inflate ratings or manipulate review platforms.
• Respect privacy: Do not collect or share customer data without consent.

3. Payment Terms

Subscription billing is processed via Razorpay, a certified payment gateway. Payment terms are as follows:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew on a monthly basis on the same day of the month you first subscribed.
• Recurring Charges: Your payment method will be automatically charged each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription.
• Plan Upgrades/Downgrades: Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• No Refund for Partial Month: Refunds are not issued for partial months of service. You will only be charged for full billing cycles.
• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel at any time, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• Billing Disputes: If you believe there has been an error in your billing, please contact us at support@rativus.com within 30 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rativus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Rativus in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Rativus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms or applicable laws.
• You attempt to misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity.
• You submit fake, fraudulent, or defamatory reviews.
• Your account is used for any illegal or harmful purpose.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, businesses, and associated data. Rativus may retain certain data as required by law.
